JOE NARDECCHIA

Joseph serves as Chief Financial Officer.  Joe provided accounting and administrative services functioning as an outsourced CFO to various small businesses for over 7 years prior to joining Althea. He spent 10 years in the private equity space with his latest position as CFO of Balance Point Capital where he oversaw accounting, fund reporting, and other back-office duties focusing on process efficiency for multiple funds with over $400 million in AUM. Before Balance Point, Joe spent 7 years at Lime Rock Partners as an Accounting Manager handling all related duties for 2 funds with over $1 Billion AUM. He began his career at Deloitte. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Quinnipiac University
